Help @ Home Computers was established in Penarth in 2006 with the aim of providing a professional, local computer support service at reasonable rates.

 

The business is run by its founder and proprietor David Griffiths, who has a BSc in Electronic & Electrical Engineering with over thirty years experience in providing customer focused IT support in manufacturing, local government, higher education and of course in the home.

 

Our main activity is in providing direct support to customers where they actually need it most; i.e. in their own homes or at their small business premises.

 

Whilst we are not a "Computer reseller" i.e. we don't routinely stock or sell IT kit such as desktop or laptop computers or peripherals, we are happy to advise customers contemplating their own purchases.

 

That said, we often specify, source, configure and install such hardware if a customer prefers us to do so.

 

Since 2006 the business has continued to grow, mostly by acquiring new customers who have been referred to us simply by "word of mouth" by our etablished regular customers.

 

This organic form of growth has helped to make Help @ Home Computers develop as that extra special personal, local service which is what it was always intended it to be.
